It is important to schedule production plans reasonably and to manage workers' working and rest time effectively.

Provide reasonable and affirmed salary and benefits to respond to employee needs.

建立對內、對外相關溝通管道,確保資訊公平詳實的揭露。
Make diverse open dialogue channels available internally and externally to ensure fair and informative disclosure.
